A tried and true tradition in the construction industry that occurs when the highest point of steel is set in a building, the well-attended Topping Off Ceremony at Beaver Street II was a triumph.

U.S. EDA supports entrepreneurship in Jacksonville
WASHINGTON - The U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) today announced a $472,000 grant to Fresh Ministries, Inc. and Core City Business Incubators, Inc. of Jacksonville, Fla., to expand the Beaver Street Enterprise Center business incubator to create additional office and entrepreneurial training space. In 2002, EDA invested $850,000 to help construct this business incubator facility.

Beaver Street Client Recognized as Among Best Homecare in Jacksonville

Annine Wilson Homecare Services was recently recognized by the Jacksonville Business Journal as one of Jacksonville’s Top Ten Homecare Services of 2011. "That’s huge," says founder Annie Wilson, "especially since it’s basically been just about doing the right thing for the people I serve.” She adds that  “I’ve experienced so much growth at Beaver Street Enterprise Center and I’m proud to be graduating to Beaver Street II.”
