More Than Just Workspace

We offer spacious conference rooms, an event hall, boardroom, full-service reception desk, copy center and break rooms, all available to tenants at no additional common-area fees. We are located near downtown Jacksonville, within easy access of I-95, I-10 and the city’s main post office. We provide ample free parking for tenants and their customers.

In 2020 we launched the BSEC Center for Entrepreneurial Opportunity, an individualized coaching program offering guidance with business issues, finances and technology. The year-long program offers coaching and workshops in business and personal finance, business fundamentals and technology, and has helped more than 100 participating companies remain in business despite hardships caused by COVID-19. The program is not limited to BSEC resident entrepreneurs, and accepts new applicants each month. Thanks to support from LISC and Ally Bank, this valuable coaching is offered at no cost to participating entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs in Duval County are welcome to enroll at this link

BSEC Center Launches Free Coaching for Entrepreneurs, Bolstering Business Survival in COVID-19 Era

SBA’s HUBZone program is in line with federal efforts to promote economic development and employment growth in distressed areas by providing access to more federal contracting opportunities.

BSEC MCCP Program

The BSEC provides entrepreneurs with the support they need to successfully launch and sustain a business. 

BSEC’s Minority Contracting, Certification and Procurement Program is dual 6-week track program. The program is designed to help new and existing contractors and business owners to develop and sustain business growth, financial health, and profitability by obtaining the required certifications and designations to successfully bid for contracts and procurement with the city of Jacksonville, state of Florida and the Federal Government. Our core objectives are to (1) ensure certification status  (2) instruct successful bid submission (3)Increase access to capital and financing for projects.

BSEC CEO Program

The Beaver Street Enterprise Center's CEO Program offers a comprehensive 12-week entrepreneurship initiative designed to support participants, regardless of their entrepreneurial stage. This program provides coaching, resources, and mentorship to help individuals grow their businesses, identifying areas of need and creating tailored growth plans. It assesses businesses, connects participants with partner resources, and facilitates access to capital and networks.


In this program, all participants benefit from a structured framework that guides them through ideation, business planning, launching ventures, and optimizing profitability. Whether aspiring entrepreneurs with innovative ideas or established business owners looking to enhance their bottom line, the program equips them with essential knowledge, skills, and resources. This inclusive approach ensures that every participant receives the necessary support to transform their business ideas into viable, scalable ventures and achieve long-term success.
