BSEC provides office furnishings to meet the needs of our members, and phone and high-speed wired internet is available for a nominal additional charge. (Wifi is available free of charge.) Both our buildings meet all ADA standards for handicap accessibility.

Interested in leasing space?

Entrepreneurs interested in leasing space at the Beaver Street Enterprise Center are encouraged first to tour our two buildings any time Monday through Friday, 9 a.m to 5 p.m. Call 904-265-4700 to schedule an appointment, or feel free to drop in for a tour during business hours. Start-up companies are given preference, and acceptance into our program is contingent on an interview with the Executive Director and offered at his discretion.
