To achieve this mission, the Enterprise Center recruits, trains and nurtures entrepreneurial talent to fuel growth, create wealth and encourage reinvestment in traditionally underserved communities.
Since opening our doors in 2003, the Beaver Street Enterprise Center has:

Our Location & Facilities
Beaver Street Enterprise Center is located in a federally designated HUBZone, offering significant advantages to qualifying companies.
In 2016, we expanded with a second building at 728 Blanche Street, just across from our original facility. This addition is designed to generate even greater economic activity in our Jacksonville corridor and is open for lease to businesses at any stage—not just start-ups.
Lease rates range from $250/month to $4,000/month for suites up to 2,800 sq ft. Tenants enjoy:
- Access to a spacious boardroom, event hall, and conference rooms
- Break rooms and a copy center—all without common-area fees
- Extensive training and mentorship opportunities
- A dynamic environment built to support growth and success

Beaver Street Launches Second Building to Boost Jacksonville's Economic Growth
In 2016, Beaver Street opened its second building at 728 Blanche Street just across the street from Beaver Street I. The new building is intended to spur even greater economic activity in our corridor of Jacksonville, and is open for lease to businesses at any stage of their development, not just start-ups.

Lease rates range from $200 a month to $2,747 for a suite of offices totaling 2,800 square feet.
Tenants have access to a spacious board room, event hall, conference rooms, break rooms and copy center for no additional common-area fees, and benefit from extensive training opportunities and mentoring to help their businesses succeed.
